MTG Radio is the largest commercial radio operator in the Nordic and Baltic countries. MTG Radio owns entire or parts of commercial radio channels in Sweden, Norway and Finland as well as stations in high growth markets in the Baltics. MTG Radio's stations reach a total of over three million listeners per day.

In Sweden, MTG Radio is the leading radio operator. Together with its collaboration partners, MTG Radio runs 53 of the total 86 Swedish commercial radio channels. In total, these stations reach more than two million people, or 26.1% of the Swedish population between the age of 7 and 79, every day. This constitutes a market share of 65 % of the commercial listening (SIFO Radio II/2006).

MTG Radio's Swedish stations are RIX FM, Lugna Favoriter, NRJ, Svenska Favoriter and Bandit. RIX FM is Sweden's only national commercial radio network with 36 stations (plus one in Åland). Lugna Favoriter is Sweden's third largest commercial radio network after RIX FM and Mix Megapol. Lugna Favoriter is today located in 12 locations. NRJ is a major city network which is present in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö. Svenska Favoriter and Bandit are local radio stations that air in Stockholm.

MTG Radio is also part owner of P4 Hele Norge, which is the largest commercial network in Norway. MTG Radio runs two stations in Estonia; Star FM and Power Hit Radio, Lithuania; Power Hit Radio and Latvia; Star FM. In Finland, MTG Radio owns part of Radio Nova, Finland's only national commercial radio network.

MTG is organized into four business areas; Broadcasting, Radio, Home Shopping and Modern Studios. In the beginning of January 2003, Radio and Broadcasting were merged and divided into four regional divisions; Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Eastern Europe.

Viasat Broadcasting is the largest free and pay tv provider in the Nordic and Baltic countries. Viasat Broadcasting's satellite platform offers digital multi channel packages with more than 50 self produced and third part channels for viewers in 21 countries. Viasat reaches more than 60 million viewers every day. MTG is also the largest owner of Russia's fourth largest television network, CTC Media, and owns DTV and Viasat in Russia as well as the majority of the stock in Prima TV, Hungary.

Home shopping: The business area home shopping is active in three major areas: TV home shopping, e-trade and logistics. The companies are Pin 24 and CDON. CDON.COM is the most visited web page for e-trade in the Nordic countries and sells CDs, DVDs, books, games and mp3s.

Modern Studios produces entertainment shows for Viasat and other television companies. Options and licenses for the business area's reality licenses have been sold to more than 60 countries around the globe. Modern Studios produces, markets and distributes motion pictures, books and magazines.
